Chicco Portable High Chair

As you can see, I travel A LOT! So much that I hate lugging baby things back and forth! I wanted to find a high chair that was portable and easy to set up. file-sep-06-2-33-57-pmWhen we were getting ready to move and have our stuff packed up, I just tossed our old high chair – so I was on a mission to find a new one. I did a quick search and found the Chicco Portable High Chair online.

It comes in 4 different colors: green, grey, blue and orange. However, I’ve only been able to find the grey and green one online. I stopped at a Toys R Us somewhere in North Carolina while on our roadtrip to Delaware to pick one up.

I LOVE this high chair!  It folds down flat and has a strap to carry it easily! It can fit right in a suitcase, which is just perfect for traveling!

The maximum weight is 50 pounds and the tray is removable. It did come with a center piece for the legs, but I decided to not use it. The legs fold down flat so it can be considered a booster seat for a child that is older. For us, this has been an easy to use high chair for the convenience with traveling all the time. Now I do want to get a high chair that doesn’t attach to a chair for the use in our home, so if you have any recommendations for one let me know.

I think the only con of this chair is the tray was hard to figure out at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s no problem at all. And it does have three different settings – have it close or farther away.

But seriously, look how it folds down! I LOVE it! Super easy to clean, I don’t like high chairs that have fabric on them. I can easily wipe the seat down after she eats and rinse the tray off in the sink.

Lillian obviously loves the chair too! 🙂

So overall, heck yes I recommend this high chair – will it work for everyone? Will everyone like this? Nope, but that’s okay. At least you could try it out, especially if you are a big traveler like me.
