About Me: Hi! I’m Kaiti, the mama behind Hello Lilly Bird. Married for almost 9 years to my husband who is in the Marine Corps. Our current home is south of DC in Quantico, Virginia. If you’ve been following me for awhile or know me personally, you know that we dealt with infertility for almost five years. Now we have our miracle girl (via IVF) and she will be FOUR this year. How is that even possible?! I was a vet tech for almost five years until we had Lillian, now I’m a full time mama in and out of college because…welllll I’m still trying to decide what I want to be when I grow up… I love long walks down the aisles of Target, thrift shopping coffee, coke zero, home design/diy projects, hand embroidery, and camping!

What will you find here? I’m really trying to get back into blogging, whether that is sharing mama/kid products, home renovation/diy, or getting serious and sharing personal life issues.

Where did the name Hello Lilly Bird come from? I knew I wanted something with “Hello” in it, because it’s welcoming and I wanted to tie Lillian’s name into it too. Growing up my mom and her side of the family called be Bird, Birdie, Kaiti bird…since I was born. So it just all fits into place. 🙂
